Well, 'bout as authentic as you can get when half the ingredients don't exist in a manner you're accustomed to. But it's pretty damn close to the real thing, if I do say so myself.

he sets two glasses on the sliver of counterspace an' then pours the drink with only a little bit of a flourish. ice clinks in the glass. then he leaves the pitcher out on the counter (in the event that they want more, you see) an' turns to offer her a drink. )
Careful, you won't want to go back to normal water after this.
