( they were at the salm when a dearth of good winter gear had hit damn near every paratrooper division in the army. the tips of his fingers still lack in sensation from those days. honestly, the thought of bein' cold in that same way puts the fear'a god in him just about, or at least as close as he ever comes, but he's mostly just stocked up on sweaters an' suchnot, things that he can layer close to the body, on account'a lackin' the proper funds to pick up anythin' he might be missin'.
