Nah, we're all right. Now that more folk are coming back, we've been able to get more things up and running without too much fuss. Mostly it's just managing trauma that's catching us up now.
If you've got the time and resources and all the rest, I bet you could make a difference in another of the Megacities, though. New Amsterdam is pretty well covered by now, but the others ain't so lucky.

Food and water, mostly. A way to cool folks down — we're in something of a heat wave right now, and with infrastructure down the way it is, warmer places may be prone to heatstroke and the like.
